- More than half of the staff work at Heimar's brand new offices in Smáralind.
- Janitors, jobs at the service desk, security, cleaning and more. Around 11,000 people visit Smáralind every day.
Egilshöll
- Janitors, reception, cleaning and various other jobs. Around 3,000 people visit Egilshöll every day.
Smaller operating units
- Janitors and reception in Höfðatorg tower in Katrínartún 2.
- Real estate supervisor at the Tjarnarás and Hörðuvellir preschools, as well as Áslandsskóli in Hafnarfjörður.
- Maintenance personnel travel between properties daily.
